Job Summary:
The incumbent supports the design, coordination, and delivery of learning initiatives that equip our diverse workforce with the skills, mindset, and values needed to serve clients and communities effectively. This role plays a key part in strengthening staff capabilities across our multi-service organisation, and will help foster a culture of continuos learning, service excellence, abd values-based development, aligned with the organisation's mission.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Programme Coordination & Delivery
- Facilitate basic training programmes in an engaging and learner-centred manner, using interactive techniques to connect with diverse audiences and enhance participation.
- Support the planning, coordination, and administration of learning programmes for staff across roles, e.g., team leads, centre managers, specialists and support staff.
- Liaise with internal facilitators, external trainers, and sector partners to deliver highquality learning experiences.
2. Content Development & Curation
- Design and develop learning content (eLearning, guides, job aids, micro-learning) grounded in adult learning principles, ensuring relevance, interactivity, and learner autonomy to support self-directed and experiential learning.
- Curate accessible and inclusive learning resources to support learning at all levels of the organisation and reflective practice.
3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Maintain and update courses on the LMS, track learning participation and completion, and generate data reports for internal use and compliance reporting (e.g. sector funders, accreditations).
- Provide technical support to staff with varying levels of digital literacy.
4. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Apply learning evaluation frameworks (e.g. Kirkpatrick) to measure training effectiveness, track behavioural and service impact, and report return on investment for key learning initiatives.
- Help track training hours, competencies developed, and other L&D indicators to inform organisational capability-building efforts.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a learning support liaison for staff and supervisors, responding to queries and guiding them toward relevant learning pathways.
- Support organisation-wide learning campaigns and events Support the facilitation of organisational transformation initiatives
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, Adult Education, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in learning and development Fresh graduates with strong internships or volunteer experience in people development or community-based work will be considered.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools, and learning technologies (e.g., LMS, Zoom, Canva).
