- Oversee the day-to-day facilities management for 19 retail shops in Changi Airport and associated office spaces, ensuring that high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and security are upheld.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for facility systems, including escalators, electrical, plumbing, and general stores' maintenance.
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and troubleshooting, working alongside contractors and vendors when necessary.
- Source and coordinate all maintenance and repair services performed by external contractors to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory and safety guidelines, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Submissions of invoices for repairs and maintenance work related timely
- Facilitate the submission of maintenance purchase requests.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities management or maintenance roles, preferably within retail or hospitality environments.
- Resourceful and thrive in fast pace environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer software related to facilities management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid FSM certificate is an advantage.
- Work location: Changi Airport with a 5-day work week, including some weekends and public holidays as necessary.
