Job Description
- Manage activities from site installation and test & commissioning with Tools Owner / Vendors / Contractors
- To co-ordinate facilities, tools, and machines when required by IE Team
- Support engineers and production team on electrical work requests and daily documentations.
- Work closely and assist supervisor to interface with contractors and customers
- Promote area-specific documentation like checklist & procedure to ensure safety and impact on production
- Use MS Office Tools and demonstrate ability to understand drawing and highlighting discrepancies
- Support Engineers in updating Project AUTOCAD drawing/lay-out
- Regular supervision and checking to improve safety & housekeeping
- Ensure continuous efficient operation of production support system without disruption to production activity
- Demonstrate awareness protocols & requirements and deploy them to contractors
- To establish regular, working interaction with peers from each team involved in tool installation, communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information
- Keep Supervisor and Engineer informed regarding the progress of assigned work as well as any abnormalities observed in the area
- Study and review production scenario and planning for Tool Install activities
- Register and escort the visitor inside the site whenever needed
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or relevant
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with people of all levels
- Team player with the capabilities to work independently
