Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers, offering personalized fashion advice
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a welcoming shopping experience
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries
- Keep track of stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Promote ongoing promotions and new collections to boost sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills Required:
- Proficient in communicating in English and Mandarin
- Good fashion sense and strong understanding of current trends
- Well-versed in creating and managing content for social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- Basic monthly salary starting from $2200, depending on experience
- Plus commission and incentives based on sales performance
