- Oversee & ensuring smooth daily operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Develop & implement training programs for all food and beverage staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, conducting regular stock takes, and minimizing waste to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- To manage shifts, recruitment, attendance and staff levels.
- Attending to customers’ needs, complaints and enquiries.
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to SFA’s policy.
Requirements
- With passion in working in F&B industry and its operational processes
- Diploma or at least Secondary School or “O” level or higher
- Relevant experience as a supervisor in food service industry, strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, 6-day work week
- Able to work independently and in a team
