About the role

This position is for a Field Service Technician, performing troubleshooting and repair works under service agreement/warranty.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for Chillers under service agreement
• Perform recommended repairs for the Chillers under service agreement
• Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance/repair schedule.
• Work closely with subcontractors to perform repair works
• Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for complaint and breakdown
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
• Perform monthly routine service for Chillers under service agreement whenever assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

We are looking for people who has hands on experience in HVAC/M&E industry. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Minimum O Levels
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC/M&E industry
• Experience in HVAC system design is desired to have
