Job description:
Key responsibilities are set out below and not limited to:
- Overseeing general office activities, including managing phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Maintaining organized and efficient filing systems for documents, records, and other business paperwork.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and managing the office calendar.
- Facilitating communication between employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Handling clerical duties, such as answering phones, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.
- Providing direct support to managers or teams, handling correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Require:
Experience – min 2 years +
Qualification – Diploma or degree, business administration, secretarial studies or related field.
Information Systems – MS Excel, MS Word, Basic Knowledge of Accounting software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
