INSEAD is seeking an Officer, Administration to join our Executive Education Department . This is a full-time, temporary 1 year contract position based at our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Administration, you will be responsible for managing and approving the programme costs for Executive Education - Open Programmes (OEP) and Customised Programmes (CSP), as well as preparing a file for each programme to enable the Accounts Receivable (AR) team to recharge to CSP clients under Singapore and Abu Dhabi entities. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who enjoys working with numbers, can manage sensitive information with confidentiality and at the same time, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Finance.
Your role within the team
- Check and approve all Purchase Order (PO) and programme costs incurred in the OEP programmes and CSP programmes
- Check and approve all PO and programmes costs incurred in the CSP recharges
- Collects all receipts in the systems for the recharge of CSP clients
- Prepare the file for each programme with relevant documents to enable AR Team to recharge CSP clients
The ideal candidate profile
- At least a Diploma, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 4 to 5 years work experience preferably in a similar function where they service internal/external clients relating to payments. Higher educational experience would be beneficial.
- Able to handle sensitive information discretely.
- IT savvy, able to work with data and excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience with multi-user electronic platforms (e.g. Oracle, Concur and travel management system), processing and administration.
- Excellent attention to details, process oriented and highly adaptable to change.
- Able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
