Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger entries and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
- Oversee daily accounting tasks such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Handle inter-company accounting and ensure accurate consolidation where needed.
- Prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually) in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Ensure all financial records are properly documented and compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare GST submissions, corporate tax computations, and filings in coordination with external tax agents.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance from a recognized tertiary institution
- With 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance and at least 1 year in Accounts Payable role
- Attention to details with good numeracy skills
- Working knowledge of SAP and conversant with Microsoft Office Application
