Your Responsibilities: -
- Reports directly to top management based in Singapore, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
- Responsible for full-spectrum accounting, HR administration, and office operations.
- Manage vendor invoicing, payroll support, GST/CPF/IRAS filings, and time-tracking systems.
- Strong skills in internal coordination and digital recordkeeping are essential.
- Requires discretion, proactiveness, and a high level of trustworthiness.
You will need: -
- Min Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevent working experience
- Prior Quickbook experience
