A Financial Sales Support Executive plays a behind-the-scenes but crucial role in helping the sales team succeed in the financial sector. Think of them as the engine room that keeps everything running smoothly. While a Financial Sales Support Manager is like the strategic conductor behind the scenes, ensuring the sales team hits all the right notes while staying in tune with financial regulations and client needs
Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you! You will be working with leaders
and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to the success of the sales team in the financial sector.

Key responsibility
- Client Coordination : Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and assist with onboarding new clients
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare contracts, quotations, and ensure all financial documents meet MAS regulatory standards.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Sales Enablement : Support the sales team with presentations, reports, and market research to help close deals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with departments like legal, finance, and operations to ensure proposals are carefully drafted.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Applicants must have completed an “A” Level, a Local diploma, or a
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or other related field
- Skills and Attributes: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or financial services
- Proven track record in managing teams and optimizing sales processes
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
- Familiarity with financial products like loans, insurance, investments, etc
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
