The FSM shall be in charge of the following:
- Implement control of Flammable Material into the tunnel according to the Company’s requirement.
- Implement tunnel emergency evacuation plan according to the Company’s tunnel SOP.
- Conduct weekly spot checks and inspection on flammable material in tunnel per tunnel zone.
- Documentation with photos of weekly spot check per tunnel zone on a weekly basis.
- Plan monthly fire drill at each tunnel zone of work and submit the fire drill report
- Participate in meetings and fire drill with SCDF
- Plan, document and implement tunnel evacuation plan
- Coordinate directly with Distribution Control Centre (DCC), Tunnel Control Centre (TCC) and all other Contractors working in the tunnel on the monthly fire drill.
- FSM shall ensure that all WSHC are equipped to provide Safety Induction Course for all workers working in the Tunnel, including other Contractors.
- FSM shall work in collaboration with the Contractor to finalise the material for the SIC course.
Requirement :
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Qualification of FSM according to SCDF requirement.
