Job Description
- Front Office/General Administration
- Checks the daily schedule for accuracy making note of any cancellations to be filled ASAP and posts it in all treatment room
- Checks emails and phone messages and Reviews supplies for front office and provides order to business manager
- Banking and Maintain petty cash
- Answers the phone in order to make appointments, handle non-patient enquiries and attend to patient enquiries
- Patient relations , Welcome patients and accompanies them into treatment rooms
Job Requirements
- O Level/ITE/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin. or any related study
- At least 2 year’s of relevant experience in Front Desk/Admin./Receptionist
