Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth branch operations by overseeing daily activities, such as cash management, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with operational policies and procedures.
2. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
3. Manage inventory and playground equipment.
4. Review daily operations process flow, summarize key results, and provide feedback and improvement plans.
5. Assist in developing and strengthening operations processes and workflows.
6. Provide outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
8. Manage service crew duty rosters and performance and develop training plans to ensure service excellence.
9. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional growth within the outlets.
10. Assist in achieving outlets sales targets and goals through effective sales techniques, cross-selling, and upselling.
11. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
12. Support the branch manager and work closely with HR, marketing, and finance departments to fulfil operational needs.
13. Undertake & execute any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
2. Experienced in a supervisory role within the childcare, recreational, or entertainment industry is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
4. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
6. Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday).
7. Capability to stand/walk for extended periods.
8. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
9. Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
10. This is a FULL TIME position.

Qualifications Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism or Event Management.
