Responsibilities:
- Manage daily game operations, including event planning, launch execution, and user maintenance;
- Track and analyze game data to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation;
- Work closely with product, technical, and customer support teams to enhance features and user experience;
- Monitor and respond to user feedback to maintain a positive player community;
Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and operational content strategy.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in game operations, community management, or content planning is a plus;
- Passion for the gaming industry, with knowledge of casual/social mobile game trends and player behavior;
- Strong communication skills, data sensitivity, and execution ability;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are an advantage;
- Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
- Experience in global mobile game markets is preferred;
- Familiarity with social media content operations and user growth strategies is a plus.
