Duties and Responsibilities:
Dining Area:
- Wipe and sanitize tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces.
- Sweep and mop floors regularly.
- Dispose of trash and replace bin liners.
Kitchen:
- Clean kitchen equipment (e.g. ovens, stoves, counters) after use.
- Wash and sanitize utensils, cookware, and cutting boards.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and pest control practices.
Restrooms:
- Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Refill toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Ensure restrooms are always odor-free and sanitary.
General Duties:
- Report any maintenance issues (e.g. leaking pipes, broken tiles).
- Use cleaning chemicals safely according to instructions.
- Keep storage and cleaning supply areas tidy and organized.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
