Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new brokers.
- Act as the key liaison between brokers and internal departments.
- Support brokers in achieving their sales targets and resolving operational issues.
- Design and deliver training programs on insurance products, sales techniques, systems, and compliance to brokers and internal teams.
- Organize regular workshops, webinars, and refresher courses.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements. Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general insurance, with exposure to training and broker/channel management.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. BCP, PGI, ComGI certified
