Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper filing and storage of documents
- Help collect data for analysis purposes
- Perform administrative job, eg Data entry, updating & processing
workers OT, Leave, allowance, medical claim and help out as
receptionist as well and when required
- Work with inter- or intra- department members to maintain and update
accurately records related to production, QC , Laboratory testing, and
analysis for Sales purpose
Requirement
- Secondary / O level or equivalent
- Able to speak, read write basic English
- PC Literacy (Word / Excel / Power point / Email / Others)
