Roles Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

1. Ensure all rules and regulations, health and safety standards are met. Oversee the day-to-day operation. Ensure that the place is a safe environment for customers
2. Keep a record of any free or discounted drinks when applicable. Maintain and monitor cash flow, handling bank deposits and overseeing accounting procedures
3. Implement and manage the promotions for the club and create simple marketing materials to attract more customers and revenue. Make use of social media platforms and broadcast promotions to gain exposure
4. Ensure club has enough stock for its business hours. Submit and plan orders for all necessary products and do stock taking

Technical Skills & Competencies

1. Oversee all operations of the club and ensure rules and regulations are adhered to
2. Managing cash flow and bookkeeping of the company accurately
3. Implement attractive promotions and marketing plans to attract customers
4. Ensure stocks are sufficient and order products when necessary
