Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target new global markets and customers
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in key industries
- Manage and oversee all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand awareness
- Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to drive consistent results
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a global sales leadership role, 8+ years of B2B technical product sales experience (electronic components/connectors industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in new markets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering (EE/ME)
- Familiar with CRM system (Salesforce/Pipedrive)

Pay: $11,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
