Summary of Position: The Events & Sales Executive will be responsible for the running and planning of online/offline events. And also help to close sales for our programs during the event itself.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Engage customers to confirm attendance or register them for events
- Foster a positive relationship with our participants, whether it's before, during or after our events
- Play a crucial role in the success of our events - whether it's in the planning, execution, or post-event stage of any event
- Assist our seminar participants in the enrolment of our programs during the events itself
- Make calls to follow up with the event attendees on the program enrolment
Requirements:
- Meticulous, fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
- Team player who has the ability to function well both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a customer service position is preferable
- High degree of professionalism in terms of appearance, attitude and action
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Must be available to work on selected weeknights and weekends dependant on event schedule
- Possess experience & passion in sales
