Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated communications strategies (PR, media, digital, and internal communications) to strengthen brand visibility.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and corporate statements, ensuring alignment with Group messaging.
- Drive storytelling content for brand campaigns, events, and partnerships across traditional and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with brand teams and regional stakeholders to support product launches, activations, and corporate initiatives.
- Oversee internal communications to foster employee engagement and alignment with company values.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze communication performance, and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage PR agencies and external partners to deliver effective campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs, ideally within retail, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record in media relations and crisis communication management.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in digital communications and social media strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Creative, adaptable, and collaborative with strong business acumen.
