Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth hair consultations to understand client needs, hair type, lifestyle, and desired outcomes.
- Recommend appropriate hairstyles, treatments, and haircare products based on analysis.
- Perform a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and chemical services (e.g., relaxers, perms).
- Stay up to date with hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the workstation and in the salon.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Educate clients on home haircare routines and product usage.
- Manage appointments and maintain punctuality with clients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and salon policies.
- Able to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking customers
