What you'll be doing?

- Lead and inspire: Guide the barista team in both technical skills and service excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain equipment: Oversee the regular cleaning and calibration of coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance and taste.
- Collaborate on marketing: Work with the marketing team to promote new drink launches and customer favorites, increasing visibility and sales.
