- Accept kitchen orders and making daily special for lunch.
- Prepare food and ingredients settings.
- Ensure food and fresh items cleared in an unobtrusive manner.
- Carry out light cleaning and maintenance of the outlet.
- Ensure that workstations are stocked with appropriate condiments at all times.
- Order supply of food and vegetables for daily demand and supply.
- Food preparation (successfully applicant will undergo a Basic Food Hygiene course).
- Undertake additional tasks assign by Operations Manager from time to time.
- Ensure adherence to the safety, sanitation and hygiene accordingly to NEA standard.
- Ensure all service, restaurant and storage areas are kept safe, neat and clean.
