As they expand, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the partner ecosystem and indirect sales engine.
Role Overview
The Head of Channel and Partner Sales will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling a high-impact channel and alliance strategy to drive revenue growth through system integrators, technology partners, resellers, consultants, and construction partners across the region.
This leadership role will focus on building a robust partner ecosystem that accelerates market penetration, increases deal velocity, and enhances customer value across the full data centre lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy Development: Define and lead the channel sales and go-to-market strategy across key APAC markets.
- Partner Ecosystem Management: Identify, onboard, and grow strategic partnerships with data centre design/build firms, MEP contractors, cloud providers, global SIs, VARs, and infrastructure consultants.
- Revenue Growth: Drive indirect revenue and pipeline growth through scalable partner programs, co-selling initiatives, and joint business plans.
- Program Ownership: Develop incentive structures, partner enablement tools, marketing campaigns, and partner success KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to align partner efforts with overall business goals.
- Market Expansion: Leverage partner networks to expand into new markets, verticals, and geographies.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate channel pipeline forecasts, dashboards, and partner performance insights to executive leadership.
- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing channel and alliance sales team across strategic geographies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in channel and partner sales, preferably within the data centre, infrastructure, or cloud technology space.
- Proven track record of building successful channel ecosystems and delivering measurable revenue through indirect sales.
- Deep understanding of data centre technologies, design & build ecosystem, and digital infrastructure market trends.
- Experience managing APAC-wide or global partnerships and navigating complex partner landscapes.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
