As Senior Channel Sales Manager, you will join our growing team as an individual contributor to help accelerate revenue growth across APAC. You will be primarily responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the organization’s indirect sales channels—such as distributors, resellers, and solution partners—across the diverse APAC region. This role is highly strategic and involves direct revenue responsibility, partner relationship management, and regional go-to-market execution.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Channel Development: Identify and deliver channel initiatives to drive revenue growth through distributors and channel partners by differentiating the product offering and expanding market reach.
- Relationship Management: Build, optimize, and oversee relationships with distributors, resellers, and solution partners to ensure partner engagement, loyalty, and performance.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with partners on business and sales plans, set quarterly/annual performance targets, and lead periodic business reviews to align on strategic goals.
- Partner Enablement: Design and deliver partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs to enhance partners’ sales and technical abilities.
- Performance Forecasting & Analysis: Create and analyze sales forecasts, track partner performance, and initiate corrective actions to optimize channel results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure effective partner programs and aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Market Expansion: Identify and recruit new channel partners in emerging APAC markets and lead initiatives for geographic expansion.
- Marketing Collaboration: Define and execute marketing programs with internal teams to support channel penetration and raise market awareness.
- Regular Travel: Significant travel across the APAC region is often required to manage partner relationships and drive initiatives on the ground.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: With a minimum of 10+ years experience in channel management or B2B sales within the Financial Technology (Fintech) sectors, with a proven record of driving sales through channel partners across multiple APAC markets.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required; relevant certifications in sales or channel management are advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and cross-cultural skills; ability to build trust among diverse partners; and adeptness at cross-functional teamwork. Desire to continually learn and add new technical and selling skills.
- Profile: Highly motivated and target/quota driven with proven ability in accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close.
- Regional Acumen: Deep knowledge of the APAC market landscape and ability to navigate the nuances of different countries within the region.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential; additional Asian language skills are highly valued.
Where You’ll Work:
This role will be based out of the Singapore Office. In addition, this role will require you to travel more than 30% of the time.
