As a Head of Human Resource, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Deliver and manage people management systems, practices, and processes to support HR initiatives and align strategies with business goals.
- Lead HR initiatives including recruitment, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, and people management.
- Collaborate with management to forecast workforce needs and develop strategies for talent attraction, retention, and engagement while promoting organizational culture.
- Implement and support change management efforts within the organization.
- Oversee key annual HR processes such as budgeting, succession planning, performance reviews, and rewards planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR operations to support growth and transformation.
- Develop and lead learning and development programs to maximize staff potential.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 8 to 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
