What You’ll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the incident management framework and playbook.
- Coordinate closely with regional support functions and head office technology teams to ensure alignment.
- Lead the resolution of incidents, driving timely responses across teams and geographies.
- Own incident reporting, escalation, and communication across internal stakeholders, regional management, and head office.
- Collaborate with both technology infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, ensuring effective cross-functional support during incidents.
- Support internal and external communication strategies for incident response across multiple markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in incident or crisis management within the financial services, banking, or enterprise technology space.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations, ITIL processes, or cybersecurity practices.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
- Clear and confident communicator – especially during high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with working alongside regional central functions, risk/compliance teams, or technology leadership.
