We are on a mission to create a digitalized transportation ecosystem where personalized transportation can be unlocked for the people, by the people within our RushOwl suite of products, ranging from direct B2C ride-sharing services to B2B Corporate Mobility Schemes.
Role Description
The Head of Leasing will be responsible for overseeing and managing RushOwl Singapore’s leasing business for minibuses and other vehicles . This includes leading the Leasing team, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, managing lessee relationships & payment collections, maintaining high service and compliance standards, and other administrative tasks and projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Leasing Sales, Operations & Fleet Management
- Lead the Leasing team to effectively market and lease RushOwl’s minibuses and other vehicles.
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and compliance for all leasing agreements.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, road tax, insurance renewals, and ensure all vehicles remain operational and compliant with LTA regulations.
- Monitor fleet utilization and propose strategies to optimise P&L.
2. Client Relationship & Lessee Management
- Oversee the Leasing Sales team that serves as the primary point of contact for lessees.
- Manage lessee onboarding, renewals, and terminations.
- Address lessee concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
3. Payment Oversight & Credit Control
- Oversee payment collections for both active and inactive lessees.
- Track outstanding payments, implement follow-ups, and work with Finance to ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor Leasing KPIs, fleet utilization, profitability, and recommend pricing and incentives strategies.
4. Team Leadership & Reporting
- Manage and mentor the Leasing team to meet sales and operational targets.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet status, leasing performance, and financial metrics for management review. Ensure team adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in vehicle leasing, fleet management, or transport services.
- Leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Good financial acumen for handling payments and profitability tracking.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and motivate team members to drive results.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years in a leasing or transport management role, ideally with P&L ownership experience.
- Familiarity with 13-seater minibuses or commercial fleet operations, and some understanding of LTA regulations and licensing for commercial vehicles in Singapore.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
