We’re now looking for a Head of Sales to lead revenue growth with a primary focus on scaling The Working Capitol .
Your Mission
As Head of Sales, you’ll lead the full commercial engine, owning demand generation, sales strategy, an execution across our brands. You’ll report to the COO and collaborate closely with leadership across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Community, and Design.
What You’ll Lead
Sales Strategy & Occupancy Growth
- Deliver on occupancy and revenue targets across The Working Capitol and upcoming projects
- Develop quarterly sales plans tied to forecasted capacity and growth goals
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process - from lead qualification and pipeline conversion to client onboarding and renewal
- Build compelling pitch materials and presentations tailored to prospective tenants and members
- Manage internal sales workflows, CRM data, and performance tracking across all channels
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Bring clear systems, structure, and accountability to team performance
- Set KPIs, streamline workflows, automate as/when possible, and foster a collaborative, purpose-led culture
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience in sales , ideally within coworking, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- A high-energy, performance-driven mindset - you’re motivated by goals, thrive on momentum, and energized by commissions and upside
- A natural people person - outgoing, confident, and skilled at building relationships across all levels
- Strategic yet action-oriented - you make decisions quickly, execute with focus, and don’t get stuck overthinking
- Strong team leadership — you bring structure, accountability, and clarity to your team, and hold high standards

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly base salary of SGD $8,000 , aligned with our transparent company-wide Salary Bands
- This role is eligible for our Sales Commissions Policy , with earnings paid out quarterly
- Guaranteed 6% annual increase on base salary for the first three years within your band
