The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to spearhead our Affiliate marketing efforts through KOL livestream management. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with top livestreamers and celebrities - driving livestream supply and conversions to meet commercial goals.
Job Description:
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with top streamers to maximise livestream performance and drive conversions
- Strategy & Growth: Ideate and implement new strategies and amplification tactics to onboard streamers and accelerate their growth within Shopee Live
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to execute strategic projects and improve operations
- External Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) to onboard and nurture streamers, ensuring sustained creator growth
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Track and analyse initiative performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitor campaigns to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that can strengthen our own strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Keen interest in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs
- Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus to facilitate effective communication with KOLs
- Experience in livestream, talent management, client management, e-commerce and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
