Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained by company standards, policies, and guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to verify the cleanliness and upkeep of furnishings, facilities, and equipment
- Oversee designated areas to ensure housekeeping operations meet established service standards
- Perform random audits of service areas to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked and properly stored in designated locations
- Carry out Room Attendant duties, including room cleaning and the assignment of additional tasks
- Respond to and complete work orders and service requests promptly and effectively
- Investigate and follow up on guest feedback related to housekeeping services to ensure issues are resolved
