Job Title: Housekeeping Team Lead – Hotel Operations
- Organize daily cleaning schedules for housekeeping staff
- Supervise and support room attendants, ensuring quality work
- Conduct regular checks of guest rooms and public areas
- Train new team members on hotel cleanliness standards
- Respond professionally to guest housekeeping requests or concerns
- Track and restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Flag maintenance issues to the right department promptly
