Job description and responsibilities:
1. Perform clerical duties and provide general office administrative support.
2. Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the HR administration work, including but not limited: maintain and update employee files ensure all documents are up-to-date.
3. Assist in office supplies and pantry supplies.
4. Assist in arranging airticket, hotel for business trip arrangement.
5. Assist in admin payment requisition via Company internal progress.
6. Assist in handling employee relations affairs, such as employee attendance management, holiday management, welfare distribution, etc.
7. Assist in the drafting and distribution of company documents, notices, and annoucements.
8. Assist in workers’ attendance record and payroll computations such like overtime.
9. Any other HR related admin tasks.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above qualifications
2. At least 2 Years of experience in Admin and Human Resource Operations preferable in construction.
3. Solid knowledge of general office administration and the related works
4. Well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD and EXCEL applications.
5. Strong communications skills, tactfulness, integrity, good inter-personal skill.
6. Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English; Proficiency in Chinese is a MUST , as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate.

8. Working days & Time: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Alt Sat - 9am-1pm_WFH
9. Immediate availability preferred.
