Job Description:
- Manage Employee Records, keep personal files updated and prepare documents for new hires.
- Monitor and send reminders for important dates like confirmations, retirements, and medical checkups.
- Answer employee questions about leave, pay, and company procedures.
- Assist with medical insurance claims, work permits, and employment passes.
- Calculate and process monthly salaries, including overtime and deductions.
- Ad hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work in Tuas Office
