Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- HR Records & Reporting – Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and prepare monthly/ad-hoc HR reports for the HR Manager.
- Payroll Support – Update and verify TMS reports, process overtime requisitions, and ensure timely salary processing.
- Performance & Employee Lifecycle Management – Track probation confirmations, ensure timely appraisals, and prepare HR letters (contracts, confirmation, increment, promotion, etc.).
- Recruitment & Staffing – Manage the full recruitment cycle, liaise with agencies, and handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Training & Development – Source, coordinate, and liaise with trainers and institutions for staff training programs.
- HR Events & Administration – Assist in organising company functions, welfare activities, and support HR administrative needs across departments.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in verifying time attendance records will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
