Responsibilities:
- Assists in human resource function to support the achievement of the overall business strategy.
- Supports day-to-day operations that deliver value-add and enhances operational effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function in the following areas:
1) Recruitment (i.e. 20% campus recruitment and 20% experience hires) 2) Operations, employee engagement activities and HR projects
Requirements:
- Dip/Deg with 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in MNC environment
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of employees
- Motivated with good initiative
- 5 days week near Suntec, MNC
- 8 months contract with benefits
