Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute company activities such as Family Day, D&D, Olympic
- Organise festive season activities and decoration
- Budget management for all activities
- Organize UMC interest groups
- Organize communication meetings with HQ
- Notice Board & Portal management and employees' birthday gift distribution
- Source and liaison with current and new vendors for event related activities and special promotions/discount for UMC employees.
- Assist in Relocation related Applications
- Petty cash for condolence, bereavement, childbirth, hospitalization & birthday gift.
- Responsible for all Travel arrangement (Air ticketing, Visa application, hotel reservation and car rental) at the lowest possible cost and fastest delivery time.
- Conduct company annually survey and CSR survey from customer
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Required skills / abilities:
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fast learner
- Capable of taking challenges and working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
