Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and work pass applications.
- Maintain and update HR records (new hires, resignations, leave, payroll, attendance, and personnel data).
- Support HR functions: payroll processing, clearance for resigned staff, staff orientation, and benefits administration.
- Organize and attend recruitment events and career fairs; liaise with external partners and institutions.
- Assist in company events, generate HR reports, perform daily admin tasks, and handle ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
