Responsibilities
- Recruitment-related matters including staff requisitions and job postings, etc.
- Onboarding & offboarding, orientation & induction.
- Employee relations and enquiry handling.
- Employment contracts/ extension letters preparation and issuance.
- Participate in government HR-related initiatives, grants, surveys and claims.
- Work pass application, renewal & termination as and when required.
- Timely and accurate update of employee records into HR systems.
- Assist HR managers / Department managers in fulfilling manpower needs.
- Participate/assist in organising company staff activities. Undertake ad-hoc tasks (including regional work involvement) as assigned by manager from time-to-time.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on HR Generalist in full spectrum of HR duties.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and legislations (including work pass application).
- Work experience in technical industries e.g. equipment supply, manufacturing is an advantage.
- Work experience in an MNC environment preferred.
- Payroll experience is an added advantage.
- Self-driven with good communication skills, meticulous, analytical, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, positive mindset, receptive and adaptable to changes.
- Able to multitask, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Workday system experience is an advantage.
- Able to start work at short notice.
