Job Description:
Generalist HR Functions
- Support daily HR operations transactional activities (Employee data management, Payroll, Attendance, Benefits Management, Statutory Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy
Project Management
- Assist in planning and execution of HR-related projects (e.g., HRIS implementation, engagement surveys, policy rollouts)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project milestones
- Ensure timely reporting and post-project reviews
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all HR documentation is up to date, complete, and audit-ready (e.g., employment contracts, policies, training records)
- Conduct regular internal audits of HR files and systems
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during HR audits
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate periodic reports for management on headcount, turnover, attendance, compliance, etc.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actions
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to projects and compliance
- Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Hands-on experience with HR audits and compliance processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
