Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This role provides exposure to a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment support to employee records management and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support work pass application and renewal processes under supervision
- Update HR database with employee information in a timely manner
- Provide support in HR projects, policy administration, and daily operations
- Assist in handling medical insurance and work injury claim documentation
- Help prepare HR-related reports for management review
- Cover reception duties on rotation, including greeting visitors and handling general inquiries
- Support front desk operations such as receiving mail and deliveries, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- Keen interest in HR and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Minimum 3 - 12 months Full-Time commitment
