Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management and department heads
- Oversee payroll and HR reporting
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, in alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience with 2 years in managerial role
- Familiar with MOM regulations and best HR practices in Singapore
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
