Job Description:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture.
- Develop and execute HR strategies and policies in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and oversee HR budget execution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance on conflict resolution and HR-related matters.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and internal communications, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with management to facilitate performance appraisal processes, employee coaching, and constructive feedback.
- Assess training needs and oversee the implementation of initiatives focused on skill enhancement, leadership development, and compliance training. Oversee end-to-end payroll management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and implement effective HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with ECDA’s Partner Operator (C-POP) Scheme funding guidelines and submission processes; experience in the Early Childhood sector is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
