Our client is from Construction Industry. They are looking for a Assistant Contract Manager to assist their Contract team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at North of Singapore– easily accessible. The Assistant Contract Manager is responsible for:
Duties
- Lead tender preparation and commercial bids to support business development and secure new projects.
- Manage full project lifecycle including proposals, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Handle contract negotiation, variations, and dispute resolution in alignment with project and legal requirements.
- Perform cost analysis, value completed work, and manage invoicing to ensure accurate financial control.
- Work across office and on-site environments , ensuring technical standards and timelines are consistently met.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in residential and industrial projects.
- Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical.
