Our client, a well-established Japan multinational company, is looking for an experienced HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join their team in Singapore.
Key Highlights of the Role:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment & onboarding
- Partner with schools & universities for career events
- Manage work pass applications & HR operations (payroll, leave, records)
- Support employee engagement, welfare activities & events
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration & reporting
What You Bring:
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally with recruitment & HR operation exposure
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks Strong interpersonal and communication skills
