Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Coordination
- Manage daily deployment and attendance of on-site workers, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and update manpower loading schedules.
- Maintain and submit accurate daily manpower reports.
- Communicate promptly with project teams about any changes in schedules or plans.
2. Safety & Compliance
- Arrange and track Safety Induction Courses (SIC) for workers.
- Manage site entry passes, work permits, and ensure compliance with site safety protocols.
3. Administrative Support
- Support project managers with documentation, procurement processes, and internal coordination.
- Handle general office administrative tasks and upkeep.
4. Logistics & Accommodation
- Coordinate accommodation, transport, and other necessities for on-site staff.
- Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for company vehicles and liaise with drivers.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Keep accurate records of worker attendance, overtime, and site operations.
- Participate in monthly tool and equipment audits and compile related reports.
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
6. Work Pass Management
- Handle MOM work pass renewals, cancellations, and ensure up-to-date records.
- Ensure all workers are properly documented and authorized to work in compliance with local regulations.
7. Ad-hoc Support
- Provide additional administrative and coordination support as needed.
- Assist in continuous improvement of site and office operations.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
