Operations Support Coordinator – The Backbone of Central Kitchen!
We’re not just looking for someone to “do admin.”
We’re looking for someone who loves keeping things in order, spots mistakes before they happen, and finds satisfaction in smooth, structured days.
- Organize digital and paper documents so things don’t go missing in action
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook daily
- Support the admin team with operations that keep the kitchen humming
- Jump in with ad-hoc tasks when needed
- You’ve done admin before, or you're naturally the organized one in any group
- You're confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas and Word formatting You don’t mind a little weekend work (rotation basis, still 2 days off weekly)
- Location : On-site at Senoko
- Working Hours : 8am–6pm, 5-day work week (with weekend rotation)
- Salary : $2300–$2800/month
- Growth : Build a strong foundation in ops/admin support
