Job Title : Human Resource & Administrative Executive
THE ROLE
Responsible for the full administrative spectrum of HR functions to support ongoing business operations and
growth, Training & Development, Employee Relations, legislative and internal audit compliance and all HR
and others administration matters.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Act as Change Agent for the Company to integrate organization & culture, support ongoing changes, programs & processes
- Support to arrange and administer yearly performance evaluation
- Support and follow through company’s HR Policies
- Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly end to end OT, medical and petty cash claims for payroll preparations to Head of Department
- Support to register staff training & development programs
- Prepare appointment letter for new staff, confirmation, promotions, disciplinary warnings etc. exit interviews and clearance for resigned staff
- Handle grievances, counselling and disciplinary inquiries and represent organization at personnel- related hearings and investigations with government authority
- Oversee disciplinary matters with all employees
- Oversee the timeliness of Work Permits / S-Passes / E-Passes applications, renewals, terminations and monitor foreign worker quota. Handle appeals to MOM and other government agencies when required
- Involve in yearly accounting and ISO audit preparation and process
- Manage office administration services and reports to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
- Manage and maintain records of company stock keep in company vehicles in charge by staff
- Handles all company’s vehicles for maintenance/ repair/ insurance and road tax renewal
- Ensure company’s insurance like Public Liability, Workmen compensation plan and foreign workers’ hospital plan are maintained up to date and renew yearly before expiry dates
- Any other administrative work as deemed necessary by the Management
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent- 2-3 years’ experience as a HR generalist
- Able to multi task with strong organization skills to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in recruitment, payroll and training would be advantageous
- Independent, self -starter, resolving day to day tasks and able to prioritize long term projects
- Strong team player and passionate in HR domain
- Good understanding of Singapore statues and legislation
- Strong communications, able to speak Mandarin is preferred
- Demonstrate behaviours alignment to VOIS core values
